The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner to the CFO, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Manage the CFO’s calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Screen and prioritize communications.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and documents.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange all travel needs and process related expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Represent the CFO professionally with stakeholders and foster positive relationships.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing financial documents and reports, and coordinate data collection.


Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial services environment, supporting C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
