XSELL is looking for an HR Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading the entire HR, and People function for XSELL and will directly report to the CEO.

This position includes talent acquisition, talent/performance management, employee experience and acting as a business partner to team leads and the executive team. You will work alongside the XSELL Leadership Team to optimize company performance and create a culture of teamwork and accountability, but also having fun.


What will you be doing?

  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to designated executives and their teams on all people-related matters
  • Assess current talent acquisition and development approaches to create and execute a cohesive strategy for acquiring and growing talent at all levels that aligns to company culture. Ensure the company is well positioned to attract the highest caliber of people with the right skills at the right time in alignment with strategic objectives and growth goals.
  • Work closely with leaders to develop and drive people & talent related strategies and initiatives in the areas of organization development, talent management & development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  • Oversee design and/or delivery of key people processes such as organizational design/structure, workforce development/planning, talent reviews, performance management & calibration, retention strategies, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Be the initial point of contact for all employee relations matters and partner with leaders & managers to address/ resolve employee relations issues.
  • Manage performance, headcount, and salary management processes as well as bi-annual talent review processes for the organization.


Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in human resources
  • PHR or SPHR is a plus but not required
  • Technology and/or SaaS company experience a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including ability to skillfully navigate and interact with all levels of staff and diverse styles
  • Strong ability to influence and challenge executive leaders and managers across the company with respect to matters of culture, values, employee development, and accountability
  • Expertise in HR best practices with the ability to build and implement sustainable people & talent strategies
  • Strong organization, analytical, and project management skills
