When prospects call, they are in an emotional place. You would be the first line of support to “take callers by the hand” and walk them through our legal intake process, so they can get the help and support they need. Herrman & Herrman Law Firm is looking for a bilingual receptionist with exceptional telephone skills.


  • This candidate must sound professional at all times.
  • He/she must posses the ability to speak confidently and assure callers they have called the right law firm.
  • Applicant must be empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.
  • An individual with excellent phone and sales skills.
  • Candidate must be able to handle high call volume
  • He/she must be able to able to multitask while handling numerous calls


This is a full-time position. Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO policy after a 90 day probationary period. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan. In addition to competitive wages, there are opportunities to make bonuses.
