Job Description:

Are you ready to make a splash in the world of drinking water treatment? We are on the lookout for a passionate Lead Project Engineer to dive into exciting projects, from cutting-edge greenfield water treatment plants to innovative upgrades of existing facilities. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our talented team, mentoring the next generation of engineers while steering projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the charge on drinking water treatment projects, ensuring top-notch design and permitting.
– Engage with clients and regulatory agencies, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
– Mentor and inspire junior staff, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.
– Collaborate with in-house experts across disciplines (Civil, Structural, Electrical, and more) to create cohesive, innovative designs.
– Occasionally hit the road for local and regional travel to keep projects on track.

What You Bring:

– 10+ years of experience in project management focused on drinking water facilities, with a proven track record in greenfield projects and upgrades.
– Ability to navigate active construction sites safely and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
– A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a PE License in Georgia (or ability to obtain it quickly).
