What You'll Do:

Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability goals. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. Ensure accurate financial reporting and meaningful insights to drive decision-making.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. Implement robust financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Monitor financial performance against goals and benchmarks. Provide regular reports to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA required.
  • 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the retail industry. Proven track record in similar senior finance role.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and management. Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. High integrity, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
