Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join their team in a remote capacity. This person will develop and oversee the paid media strategy and day-to-day operations for the company, covering various areas such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Organic Search, and Affiliate Marketing programs.


Job Duties Include:

  • Utilize expertise in measuring returns against efficiency standards, evaluating channel efficacy, and allocating spend systematically
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and lifetime revenue growth
  • Own paid media activities from conception to execution, including managing ad creation
  • Maintain a data-oriented approach, setting measurable targets and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement
  • Establish and monitor KPIs on a regular basis, optimizing ongoing and new programs while managing annual budget
  • Manage relationships with performance marketing freelancers, third-party vendors, and platforms, overseeing creative management and performance analysis
  • Coordinate A/B and multivariate testing on audience segmentation, content, and landing page strategies
  • Collaborate to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration for content and asset creation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury positioning
  • Demonstrate success in launching new channels through experimentation and iterative improvements
  • Ensure all creative and copy align with brand standards and maintain a luxury positioning


Job Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of paid media experience with a strong emphasis on paid social media
  • Luxury consumer experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in measurement tools, including platform reporting and third-party attribution tools
  • Familiarity with GA4 and strong analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Asana is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player


Pay: $150-$180K plus bonus + equity options
