Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a recruiting manager, developing and shaping the firm's strategic summer associate and law student recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Attorney Recruitment in creating and implementing campus recruitment strategies for NY/DC summer programs.
  • Be a representative of the firm at on-campus recruitment programs and networking events.
  • Manages the overall candidate experience, including but not limited to, preparing in-office student interview schedules, greeting and escorting candidates to interviews, and/or debriefing candidates following interviews.
  • Prepare and present recruiting agendas, statistics, and other materials at the Recruitment Committee meetings.
  • Maintains statistical information on recruitment programs.
  • Collaberate with our Marketing and Communications team on ads, social media presence, and various marketing materials aimed at law students.
  • Manages the summer associate onboarding process (background checks, conflicts, and new hire forms for summer associates and SEO interns).
  • Maintains and updates Summer Associate Program information on the internet.
  • Manages all summer associate training programs.
  • Manages the summer associate assignment process, including the coordination and preparation of the summer associate review process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience full-cycle recruiting.
  • 1+ years of summer associate program experience.
