Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving new business and expanding our client’s presence in the enterprise market. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, high-value deals. This role requires a proven hunter mindset, a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new enterprise customers, focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing multiple complex deals simultaneously.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executives to effectively position the value of our client’s AI data analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on client needs.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by consistently closing high-value deals.
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Effectively manage and forecast your pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of success in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise customers.
- Strong hunter mentality with a relentless focus on new business.
- Experience selling into industries like financial services, healthcare, technology, or retail is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
