Job Details :


  • Associate will be the first contact point for all clinical trial participants/patients.
  • Associates will make outbound calls and take inbound calls from patients interested in participating in Clinical Trials.
  • Associates conduct patient screening to determine if the patient qualifies for specific clinical trials they are interested in participating in.
  • If patient qualifies for a clinical trial, associates will refer/send them to a site.
  • Associates will document each call regardless of the outcome.
  • Associates will respond to emails from possible participants/patients, Clinical Trial sites and other entities associated with Clinical Trials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Clinical Trials team.
  • Receives and handles calls, following agreed procedures.
  • Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
  • Documents and maintains relevant records:
  • Take on special projects if necessary.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with executive staff members both internally and externally (when necessary)
  • Ability to deliver engaging, polished, and professional tone throughout calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work full time, from home/remotely, 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Education / Expertise

  • High School graduate (or equivalent)
  • Some collage preferred
  • Experience in contact center environment, highly preferred.
