Job Details :
- Associate will be the first contact point for all clinical trial participants/patients.
- Associates will make outbound calls and take inbound calls from patients interested in participating in Clinical Trials.
- Associates conduct patient screening to determine if the patient qualifies for specific clinical trials they are interested in participating in.
- If patient qualifies for a clinical trial, associates will refer/send them to a site.
- Associates will document each call regardless of the outcome.
- Associates will respond to emails from possible participants/patients, Clinical Trial sites and other entities associated with Clinical Trials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Clinical Trials team.
- Receives and handles calls, following agreed procedures.
- Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
- Documents and maintains relevant records:
- Take on special projects if necessary.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with executive staff members both internally and externally (when necessary)
- Ability to deliver engaging, polished, and professional tone throughout calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work full time, from home/remotely, 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday.
Education / Expertise
- High School graduate (or equivalent)
- Some collage preferred
- Experience in contact center environment, highly preferred.
