Inside Sales ManagerPosition Reports To: Director of Sales Southern RegionSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Some overtime and weekends may be required.Wages: Commensurate with skills and experienceResponsibilities:Manage the activities and performance of the Inside Sales teamCollaborate with Senior Management to establish and execute sales goals for the teamOversee the presentation and sales of company products and services to current and potential clientsPrepare action plans, goals, expectations, and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be madeMeasure the performance of the team, identifying areas of improvement, and implement changesIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedAssist the Inside Sales Team in the preparation of presentations and proposals and review for final approval prior to sending to clientsDevelop product and industry knowledge, and provide professional development to the teamCultivate sales strategies for acquiring new clients and building the sales pipeline within the teamOversee current client and potential client relationshipsManage account services through quality checks and other follow-upProvide guidance on onboarding new clientsIdentify, resolve and provide solutions to client concernsMotivate the Inside Sales team to engage in the improvement of their performance on a regular basisReview and prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals in collaboration with the Senior Management TeamConduct performance evaluations monthly and annuallyCoordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close salesProvide on-the-job training to new sales employeesParticipate in continual professional and educational trainingOther related duties as assigned by managerBasic Requirements:Must be local, willingness to work in office (live within 60 miles)3+ years of experience effectively managing a high performing sales teamExperience in utilizing Salesforce/CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closingMotivated self-starter with a drive to succeedProficient problem-solving skillsStrong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel programsAbility to report on sales metrics and sales forecastsAbility to persuade and influence othersStrong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop and deliver presentationsExcellent organizational and written communication skills, and be able to create, compose and edit written materialsAbility to manage multiple and changing priorities, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to work well with others in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and a positive company image to the publicAbility to work a flexible scheduleValid driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to travel if neededLeadership Requirements:Ability to provide employees with feedback, performance standards, clear instructions, and expectations.Ensure employees have the tools and resources to do their job.Coach and guide team members while assessing strengths and opportunities.Ensure there is two-way communication with all team members.Provide a positive and effective work environment.Preferred:Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the company's marketSAP ExperienceSun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
