The position is in South Amboy, NJ, with flexibility for remote work.


Job Duties:

  • Under supervision of Attorneys, guide clients through the entire PERM process;
  • Prepare case materials and file nonimmigrant petitions and applications with USCIS including E, L, H, TN, and O;
  • Prepare and file immigrant petitions and applications including PERM, I-130, PERM based I-140 petitions, National Interest Waive (NIW), EB1A, B & C -based petitions and I-485 applications to adjust status;
  • Track critical deadlines using immigration software system and prepare weekly caseload reports for Attorney; and
  • Communicate regularly via phone and in writing with clients, beneficiaries, and various government agencies.


Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree (No JDs or JD candidates)
  • 3+ years of business immigration experience with PERM, NIV and IV visa experience.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and writing skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently towards team goals.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
