Job Title: Immigration Attorney

At the Law Office of Thomas V. Allen, we are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our business immigration practice, you will be responsible for advising and assisting clients with nonimmigrant worker petitions, employment-based permanent resident applications, and responses to government communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist clients with the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant worker petitions, employment-based permanent resident applications, and responses to RFEs, NOIRs, and NOIDs.
  • Assist with USCIS FDNS site visits, audits, and other government communications.
  • Ensure Form I-9 compliance and enforce immigration compliance via internal policy guidelines and practices.
  • Work with various business units and outside counsel to facilitate the case preparation process.
  • Provide education and advice to internal stakeholders regarding U.S. immigration law issues.
  • Work on ad-hoc immigration law-related projects as assigned.
  • Provide reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in any state.
  • 2+ years of experience in PERM/H-1B/L-1/I-140.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
  • 401(k) and 401(k) matching.
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
