Administrative Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant role for our client in Roseville, with an onsite schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $20.00 to $24.00, DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and scan documentation, including reports and other client deliverables.
- Process engagement letters, financial statements, and business proposals.
- Set up client meetings and maintain scheduling as requested.
- Assist with work product deliverables, including assembly and mailing client materials.
- Manage off-site storage preparation and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, scanning, preparing outgoing mail, and answering calls.
- Occasionally travel locally for office errands such as deliveries to the post office or clients.
- Perform light data entry duties.
- Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist when needed.
- Complete various ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a fast learner, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional customer service and strong telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take direction from multiple team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during peak times and deadlines.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
