Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Release Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Addison, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or BAU items
  • Effectively communicating the release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables
  • Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the quality and timelines
  • Facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery
  • Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Project manager
  • Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer working experience is desirable
  • Tableau reporting skills would be a plus
  • Understand release/deployment components
  • Understand risks and can ally controls necessary to mitigate. Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones
  • Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions
  • Ability to understand big picture and connect all details
