Greene Resources is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Maintain and update service contracts and bids in electronic files
  • Respond to commercial property repair requests from tenants, leasing agents, inspections, and vendors
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through prompt and efficient responses
  • Inspect properties and review quarterly reports to dispatch items timely
  • Coordinate daily work with Maintenance Technicians for timely repairs
  • Approve and prepare maintenance work orders, ensuring proper dispatch and follow-up
  • Review weekly batches of work orders for accuracy
  • Maintain vendor data and correspond with vendors and contractors
  • Assist in resolving landlord or tenant requests and concerns
  • Coordinate with vendors for signage preparation and installation
