Job Overview

Patient care coordinators are responsible for starting and ending the patient experience at BeautyCo. Checking in and out at Beauty Co should be a seamless experience for patients, all of whom expect to be recognized and treated as VIP guests. While a large portion of the patient care coordinator position is done at the front desk away from patients, guest experience is the priority. Beauty Co expects patient care coordinators to take the initiative in keeping the front desk running smoothly without the need for direct oversight.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule patient appointments and consultations, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules and adherence to appointment timelines.
  • Educate patients about our services, procedures, and products, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including medical history, treatment plans, and all financial documents including but not limited to invoices and wallet balances, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to, managing inventory, managing all communication with patients via telephone or email, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Attend up to 4 events per year on behalf of BeautyCo. as decided by management.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 Year in medical aesthetics customer service. Applications with no experience will not be considered.
  • Strong passion for or knowledge of the Medical Aesthetics industry.
  • Ability to take initiative without direct management oversight.
  • Positive attitude and confidence in handling patient interactions.
  • Social media savvy
  • Commit to a full-time schedule of 37-40 hours a week with some Saturdays.
