  • This position will be the point person for all partner engagement in the district.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

The key areas of focus are student success and program accountability:

  • Develop and implement project management efficiencies to ensure timelines are implemented and remain on the identified trajectory.
  • Collaborate with district team and school administrators to establish and monitor high standards for excellence with students, teachers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Prepares annual reports and disseminates information regarding the implementation and evaluations of new and innovative programs.
  • Identify potential issues and obstacles and proactively take action to create and implement solutions.
  • Serves on state, district, community, and other professional committees as requested.
  • Supports purchasing and distributing resource materials, equipment, consumables, and general supplies for magnet and fine arts programs.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate in more than one language or the willingness to learn to communicate in more than one language at the novice level of proficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains regular attendance.
