Responsibilities of the Relocation Sales Representative:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to guide customers through the relocation process, conducting thorough surveys and providing accurate estimates.
  • Follow up promptly on leads and potential customers to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Cultivate independent sales leads through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain meticulous data reporting and tracking.
  • Effectively communicate customer needs and expectations to operations and management teams.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with move coordinators to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities.


Experience required of the Relocation Sales Representative:

  • Proven experience in sales estimation and surveying within the moving industry.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in reporting.
  • Ability to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for customer interaction.
