Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, at various project sites.
  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, ensuring that expenses are tracked, controlled, and kept within budgetary constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of construction professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with each project and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Challenging Builds: Manage complex construction projects, including those involving specialized materials or techniques, and ensure that they are completed to the highest standards of quality.
  • Travel: Travel to various project sites as required, which may involve extended stays away from home.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations.
