The Executive Intelligence Assistant (EIA) supports the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst by gathering and analyzing information to help with decision-making. This role involves researching/understanding core internal processes, preparing reports, and assisting with strategic projects. The EIA will work closely with senior leaders to provide valuable insights and ensure smooth operations.


As an Executive Intelligence Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the operational efficiency of the company. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure directly contributes to the success of executive initiatives and overall organizational goals. Your work ensures that executives can focus on strategic decision-making and leadership responsibilities, thereby driving the company’s growth and success.


RESPONSIBILITIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Have a basic understanding of business technology and data management
  • Willing to learn new software applications
  • Assist in building reports and presentations for executive meetings
  • Monitor data from various sources and provide relevant information.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic projects.
  • Handle confidential information with care.
  • Collaborate with different teams to collect and share important information.
  • Perform other general tasks as requested while being flexible with changes in priorities.


EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Experience with Office 365/SharePoint 365/Axure/Power Bi preferred
  • Application and Database development preferred
  • Familiar with JavaScript


EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Information Technology or a similar degree preferred.


CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSE certifications preferred
