Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Compensation and Total Rewards will lead the strategy and design of compensation programs for a global organization. This role will influence senior leadership and present creative approaches to compensation, while also driving the DEI total rewards strategy through delivery of processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global compensation policies and programs in support of company objectives and local practices.
  • Lead a team of direct and matrixed compensation professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate global compensation policies and programs.
  • Act as a thought leader in the application of technology solutions such as predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation techniques contributing to greater Total Rewards efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee company market intelligence and the global market pricing process in 40+ countries.
  • Drive the DEI total rewards strategy through delivery of processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs ensuring a competitive market position.
  • Support complex deals and potential acquisitions by evaluating the human capital aspects of a potential deal.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience working within Human Resources developing compensation strategy, analysis, and Total Rewards.
  • 6+ years' experience leading the strategy and design of compensation, including base pay, benefits structure, and incentive programs.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and presenting creative approaches to compensation.
  • Experience working with a global technology services organization is preferred.
  • Ability to make presentations and influence senior-level executives.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

Starting Pay Range:

The starting pay range for this remote role is $125,000 - $200,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
