Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with executive expectations
  • Communicate effectively with high-level executives, tailoring approach and delivery methods to the audience
  • Provide expert-level proficiency in BI tools, with a deep understanding of their strengths, limitations, and best use cases for different reporting scenarios
  • Evaluate and recommend BI tools based on business needs, performance, and ease of use
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with a track record of delivering critical executive reports
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions under tight deadlines
  • Advanced skills in BI tools, with a deep understanding of their strengths, limitations, and best use cases for different reporting scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau (or Power BI, or OBIEE), expert-level proficiency in SQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and interacting with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience with Jira
