Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist or Client Service Associate (CSA). As a CSA Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional daily client support and ensuring their satisfaction completing operational and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling a few phone calls and emails daily, responding with professionalism and courtesy, delivering excellent client service, and creating a positive client experience.


Other duties include opening up new client accounts with our custodian, Charles Schwab, and assisting with other requests such as client wires, or entering basic portfolio trades such as money market funds. Comprehensive quarterly report assistance and functionality with our other technology such as financial planning, marketing, and other investment related topics will also be important daily/weekly. Lastly, occasional help in some in office client meetings or networking events will be a plus.


Additional regular and ongoing bonus income possible for new client referrals or networking success, and team WPAFO client wins.

  • Work with Charles Schwab systems and new account opening a big plus
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Professional Networking
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field a plus
  • Reporting or Financial Statement familiarity a plus
