The Senior Manager of PMO oversees the day to day operation of the Project Management group with a dedicated focus towards ensuring the timely and quality implementation of company solutions.


As the Senior Manager of PMO, you will be responsible for leading a team of project specialists and overseeing the successful execution of system installations across the organization's customer base. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects that require coordination, and remote installation and quality assurance both on time and within budget.

The Senior Manager of PMO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives while driving process improvement and adherence initiatives.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Team Leadership:


○ Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Project Planning and Execution:

○ Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance:

○ Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

○ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.

○ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Budget Oversight:

○ Collaborate with the finance department to develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

○ Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

SKILLS & ABILITIES


Education: Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) required. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a timely and quality manner.

3+ years in Management is preferred

Have managed a team 10+ employee

Experience collaborating with and leading offshore teams is a plus

Security Industry experience and Camera system/networking knowledge is a plus

Computer Skills: Ability to use personal computers and software such as Google suite, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), email. Knowledge on Netsuite and Salesforce software is a plus.

Other Requirements: No travel restrictions.
