Practice Manager

As a Practice Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcare practice ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff optimizing workflows and enhancing the patient experience.
- Manage the operational aspects of the practice including scheduling patient flow and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise and support staff including hiring training and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting billing and reimbursement processes to ensure financial viability.
- Foster positive relationships with patients addressing concerns and enhancing the overall patient experience.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and patient care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Analyze practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Health Administration Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare management with at least two years in a practice management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations billing practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in practice management software and electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patientcentered care.
