Touchmark on Saddle Drive is Helena's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as the Assisted Living - Memory Care Administrator

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
  • Be proficient with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
  • Be available to work on-site and provide care directly to residents through clinical outbreaks of flu, norovirus, and other diseases including pandemic situations and as determined


As the Administrator you will:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of care for all residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood.
  • Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
  • Own employee recruitment and development within the health services team
  • Be responsible for the budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the assisted living and memory care program
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with state and federal agencies
  • Act as a liaison between residents, physicians, families, and appropriate healthcare resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of healthcare management experience, or associate’s degree and at least four years of healthcare management experience
  • Current valid Assisted Living Administrator License preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license a plus, but not required;
  • Proficiency with computers is required, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
