Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help manage our existing book of business, ensuring carrier capacity and delivering high-quality customer experiences through exceptional communication and service. This role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in freight brokerage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to secure competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate and manage the movement of freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status and address any issues that arise during transit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize industry software to manage shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Continually improve process and customer development.
