Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with supply chain and manufacturing programs to drive critical part delivery impacting end product delivery to customer.
  • Monitor and manage daily reporting of overall delivery of parts/material is in line with End Product Delivery Schedule
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure short term execution as well as longer term planning to ensure capacity to meet business needs in future quarters.
  • Have overarching view into operations performed by upstream like review open orders to manage shortages.
  • Build new analysis by data gathering from various Supply Chain applications to report out business need and perform root cause analysis.
  • Responsible to remove noise from data and communicate program needs clearly and concisely to drive results at internal and external source locations to fulfill material/part need on time.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Data driven approach to highlight bottlenecks in the entire value chain.
  • Should be able to point out to right reasons and act as focal point to and have ability propose different solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Collaborates with sources and assembly teams to mitigate disruptions while reducing delinquency to achieve 100% OTD.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Has access to technical skills excel and analytical thinking required to solve problems. Able to utilize multiple sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Have analytical bent of mind, led transformation initiatives in supply chain to drive improvement in key KPIs.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years materials, planning, fulfillment, procurement or manufacturing operations experience) + minimum of 3 years materials, planning, fulfillment, procurement or manufacturing operations experience.
  • Hands on experience to analyse huge dataset.
  • Proficient knowledge to work on Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office Applications.
