Job Description:

  • Help to develop and expand the Supply Chain Services portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate closely with retail clients to understand their challenges, opportunities, and risks, providing customized solutions aligned with industry best practices
  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, ensuring consistent progress and resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce detailed functional design documents that capture client requirements and execute these designs


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution in a retail environment
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience scoping and delivering technology solutions for retailers that includes advanced functional-level understanding of at least one of the following: o9, SAP IBP or SAP S4, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM, Manhattan
  • Proficiency in both functional (Master Data Management, Supply Chain mgmt., Demand and Fulfillment) and technical (APIs - SOAP, REST, data integration patterns, reporting) aspects crucial for successful SCM implementations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Experience with BI and data analytics in the supply chain space to identify business improvement opportunities
