Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain and production initiatives to ensure timely delivery of critical components that influence customer product delivery.
  • Oversee and report daily on the overall delivery of materials to align with the End Product Delivery Schedule.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to facilitate immediate execution and long-term planning to ensure capacity meets future business demands.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of upstream operations, including reviewing open orders to manage potential shortages.
  • Conduct data analysis by gathering information from various Supply Chain applications to address business needs and perform root cause analysis.
  • Eliminate discrepancies in data and clearly communicate program requirements to drive results at both internal and external locations to ensure timely fulfillment of material needs.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks throughout the value chain.
  • Act as a focal point for identifying root causes and proposing various solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical disciplines and leverage prior experience to implement policies and strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and assembly teams to minimize disruptions and achieve 100% on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Utilize knowledge of key business drivers to enhance personal work outcomes.
  • Employ technical skills in Excel and analytical thinking to resolve issues, drawing from multiple sources beyond your immediate team.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and lead transformation initiatives within the supply chain to enhance key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in materials, planning, fulfillment, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
