Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately, adhering to legal standards and company policies.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee enrollments, conduct monthly reconciliations, and provide support to team members.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all HR activities meet legal requirements, including accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Employee Relations: Contribute to a positive workplace culture by addressing employee inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, adept at interacting with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS databases
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and prioritize employee needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in a second language relevant to our workforce demographics
- Experience with HR software systems
