Job Title: Sales Associate - Child Care Partners

Overview: Bumo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate - Child Care Partners to join our team. This hybrid role is critical in expanding our provider network, driving sales, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new child care providers. The ideal candidate will excel in managing leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with providers to support their success on our platform. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding 50-100 new providers each month, ensuring they are fully equipped to offer services through Bumo.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management and Sales:

  • Proactively manage and prioritize scheduled calls and leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals by closing 50-100 new provider deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, tracking progress through each stage of the sales pipeline.

Communication and Relationship Building:

  • Utilize Avochato to manage and nurture provider leads and existing relationships.
  • Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and tailored to meet provider needs, building long-term relationships.

Provider Onboarding and Activation:

  • Collaborate with the Account Coordinator to efficiently onboard and activate 50-75 providers each month.
  • Secure necessary agreements, finalize pricing, and ensure providers are set up to begin offering services.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Set up and maintain organized records for each provider, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Guide providers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are compliant and fully operational on our platform.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor provider performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Report to the Manager on sales performance, onboarding progress, and any challenges encountered.

Career Growth:

  • Demonstrate exceptional performance and drive to be eligible for promotion to Account Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or a related role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools like Avochato.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
