Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter production planning data into the SAP system.
  • Update and maintain production schedules and work orders.
  • Ensure all data is current and correctly reflects the production needs and schedules.
  • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with production planners and other relevant departments to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and distribute necessary reports related to production planning and scheduling.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data entry or system discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a manufacturing or production planning environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, specifically in the Production Planning (PP) module.
  • Should have experience as a SAP PP super user.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
