About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Hybrid
  • Hours: M-F; 9am-5pm (flex)
  • Location: New York City

Position Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department's leadership team
  • Assist in ensuring that the department's day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Support the department in scheduling all department meetings, interviews, and maintaining filing systems to managing HR databases
  • Conduct all administrative functions in the HR department to include, but not limited to formatting reports, copying, scanning, filing, mailings and faxing
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the HR department, this includes employee information, confidential invoices or other sensitive department and organization information
  • Enter and update employee information in ADP as directed
  • Maintain and update all HR forms and documents as directed
  • Reconcile VP of HR corporate cards expenses and complete expense report for approval and processing
  • Retrieve and sort all HR department mail and distribute to appropriate HR staff
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences VP of HR, and other members of the Human Resources Department as requested

Education/Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
