GoodRx is looking for a motivated Ad Performance Manager to join the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager. This individual will join a growing team within marketing to continue the development of our lead acquisition and monetization channel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced team environment focused on supporting members of marketing operations by effectively launching and delivering key results to ad campaigns.

This is an exciting new role at GoodRx that wears many hats, including account management, implementation, and ad testing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the direct response business. You will support revenue enhancement and are comfortable building meaningful, long-lasting relationships. This role will drive and optimize program launch and implementation, conduct reporting analysis, and will assist sales with finance/invoicing.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of new and existing accounts.
  • Work with program implementation and marketing operations stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective implementation of new campaigns.
  • Manage ad campaign implementation process by ensuring internal stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations.
  • Manage program optimization once launched with clients to ensure maximum return.
  • Manage internal and external timelines to ensure campaigns are live on time.
  • Optimize campaigns based on user demographics, testing data, and inventory
  • management.
  • Report monthly campaign performance to clients and suggest improvements where
  • applicable.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in ad campaign implementation and/or advertising client management, direct response client management, and a college degree.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition.
  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways.
  • Proven track record in supporting a team, creating efficient processes, and taking
  • ownership of new tasks.
  • Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite and project management platforms like
  • JIRA or Asana.
