This position will start as remote during training then need to be willing to return to the Lake Mary, FL office 3 days a week.

While remote- candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet and private working space.

We are looking for an Eligibility Analyst to join our Pricing & Eligibility team Your work will ensure contract-pricing data is accurately loaded based on customer specifications, while ensuring we meet vendor rules around customer eligibility and accuracy in pricing.

This position focuses on Company's strategic opportunities critical to the success of the company. The primary responsibilities of this position is to manage complex contract agreements, analyze contract performance and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.

What you’ll do:

Provides customer service, as it relates to pricing and membership, to internal and external partners

Manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements

Review and analyse supplier and customer contracts to ensure Company is compliant with agreements

Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on required customer criteria

Reviews and actions assigned work in queue according to department guidelines

Research supplier and customer pricing and membership claims, and take corrective action as needed, within established timelines

Escalates issues to management in a timely manner

Prepares and reviews monthly sales reports, and other reports as assigned or requested by management

Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements.


Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience analysing data, and skilled data entry required

SAP ERP Experience required

Pricing and membership eligibility experience helpful

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Intermediate Excel skills preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative.
