Pay Range: $28.78/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Note-Lake Mary, FL (Need local candidates only).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provides customer service, as it relates to pricing and membership, to internal and external partners
  • Manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
  • Review and analyze supplier and customer contracts to ensure Company is compliant with agreements
  • Determine appropriate member access to contract pricing based on required customer criteria
  • Reviews and actions assigned work in queue according to department guidelines
  • Research supplier and customer pricing and membership claims, and take corrective action as needed, within established timelines
  • Escalates issues to management in a timely manner
  • Prepares and reviews monthly sales reports, and other reports as assigned or requested by management
  • Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required
  • SAP ERP Experience required
  • Pricing and membership eligibility experience helpful
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative.
  • Able to work hybrid out of Lake Mary, FL office
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • SAP Experience
