Traveling Superintendent - Commercial

Job Position: Lead Superintendent

Work Location: Traveling- Your first project will be in Jacksonville, FL and the duration of the project is 6 months. The project is a ground-up metal building which includes building out offices, bathrooms, etc. Other projects will be located throughout the United States but you can anticipate other projects in Florida.


Salary: $100k-$110k (ground-up experience required)


Truck allowance: $250 bi-weekly

Per diem when traveling

Medical, dental, vision, and 401k


For this position we are looking for a superintendent with prior experience working on commercial projects, so if you’re a seasoned superintendent and want to continue to work on commercial construction projects that are making a huge impact on the community — look no further. You’ll be joining a company that believes in surpassing client expectations, and if you want to work with trustworthy, collaborative, and dependable team members, then this is the role for you. 


As a Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to: 

  • Manage a job site working around.
  • Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
  • Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
  • Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
  • Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage job site logistics.
  • Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

  • Have strong organizational skills?

  • Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
