About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Supervise foremen and craft activities, including determining construction methods, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Review and approve material take-offs, layouts, and isometric and schematic sketches from blueprints, specifications, and job orders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
  • Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, purchasing, and planning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Advise senior management and project managers on potential issues, work interferences, and schedule difficulties.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of contract key terms, conditions, scope, inclusions, and exclusions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical contracting, with at least 5 years of experience as a foreman, superintendent, or similar role.
  • Associated licenses and/or certifications required by trade for the position.
  • Proficiency with mechanical and/or electrical scopes and field supervision.
  • Well-rounded multiple trade experience, as supervision of more than one trade will be required.
