Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve tickets and incidents, ensuring all SLA's are met.
  • Address audit details and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide direct interaction and support to senior-level Abbott team members.
  • Oversee significant applications in maintenance, responding to direct incidents from the business.
  • Engage with users of Ariba within supply chain maintenance or procurement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional representation of technical capabilities.


Top Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ariba Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ariba, particularly within the supply chain or procurement domains.
  • SAP Background: Extensive experience with SAP, with a focus on operations rather than deployment.
  • Operations Experience: Proven track record of operational management within a technical environment.
  • Leadership Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with senior management and representing technical issues clearly and effectively.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in a relevant field, with substantial experience in SAP and operations.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technical areas related to supply chain and procurement systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents in a high-stakes environment.
  • Experience with application maintenance and direct business incident response.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
