Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager:

  • Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, encompassing schedule management, meeting coordination, and sales report preparation.
  • Aid in crafting sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage customer inquiries, delivering precise and prompt responses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee punctual product and service delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up endeavors.
  • Oversee and regulate inventory levels to maintain product availability.


Qualifications of the Junior Account Manager:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related area.
  • Possess over 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity.
  • Mastery of NetSuite and Salesforce platforms is strongly desired.
  • Demonstrate robust organizational prowess to handle diverse tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
  • Show meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in work.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.


Salary:

$22-$24 per hour
