Client Profile Specialist is responsible for the input and validation of Client clients within the newly created Client Profile. They provide administrative data compilation to the client-facing team, and provide support to the operations team for data collection.

The support required for this team includes:

o Reviewing existing client data and information within Client systems/data extract reports for input to Client Profile.

· Interactions will be internal only among the Client Operations and Client Facing teams – there will be no interaction required with clients

This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Insurance Operations, who works independently with minimal supervision. This individual is responsible for the execution of operational, prospect, and client service cycle activities within a zone. Collaborates frequently with offices, zone, and corporate leadership to meet responsibilities such as reporting and data management, process improvement design and implementation, and contract review. Liaison with and act as point of escalation for broking / front office teams regarding operations processing and service exceptions. The role will demonstrate increased technical proficiency (with the ability to answer transactional questions), leadership skills, peer-level coaching, issue resolution, and work delegation.


Client Profile Specialist – TEMP

  • Under direct supervision, workload will be set by manager based on project needs (eg. Date order and revenue).
  • Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance for internal conversation (customer awareness)
  • Ensures timely and accurate input of data related to invoices and policy documentation, up-to-date computer system records, current and outstanding documentation follow-ups, complex and confidential documentation, information and documentation for client-specific data, and up-to-date computer system records.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintains an awareness of the business needs.
