Multilingual Client Support Specialist

Staffing Now is collaborating with a prominent financial services organization seeking Client Support Specialists.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will manage a significant volume of incoming inquiries within the Borrower Care Division. You will be responsible for promptly addressing calls as they enter the queue. Upon answering a call, you will access the caller's loan profile in the system, confirm the caller's identity to ensure they are authorized to discuss the account, review notes from prior interactions, and strive to provide answers and resolve issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls efficiently throughout your shift.
- Recognize customer inquiries, grievances, concerns, and overall requirements.
- Deliver adequate responses and solutions to all customer inquiries.
- Address customer complaints with respect and professionalism.
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments and teams when necessary.
- Follow up with callers regarding the status of their complaints or questions, ensuring resolution.
- Collaborate with fellow call center team members and other departments to guarantee overall customer and product satisfaction.
- Adhere to all communication protocols, policies, and guidelines during each customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call environment, basic computer proficiency, clean background, high-speed internet access, a dedicated workspace at home, and reliable transportation for equipment collection and occasional on-site technical assistance.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Compensation: $18.50 to $19.00 per hour
