The ideal candidate:
· Has debt finance and/or project finance and project development, with an emphasis or interest on energy and infrastructure projects
· Has excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues
· Graduated from a T-25 law school; Top 25% from a T-50 law school
