The HR Consultant is responsible for providing exemplary HR services and support to multiple client companies. Assignments vary in nature, duration, and hours of work. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a variety of assignments, flexible scheduling and work/life balance. It cannot be balanced with a FT job.


Assignments are made based on client needs, so there is no guarantee of hours or regular schedule.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional exempt-level HR Generalist/Management experience
  • Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina area
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
  • Payroll and HRIS implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Solid foundation in employment law
  • Flexibility in available schedule
  • Ability to travel as needed daily in the local area
  • Strategic HR experience strongly preferred
  • Management experience strongly preferred
  • HR certification preferred
