Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant industry experience. A Master's degree or industry certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in the facilities management, property management, or construction industry. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. In-depth understanding of facilities management services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and HVAC services. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated with a high level of initiative. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
