We are ultimately responsible for our client’s digital marketing investment and the growth of their customer acquisition program.

We are experts in all customer acquisition channels, and we aim to provide better service and more strategic multi-channel guidance than other agencies. The channels we own most frequently are FB, IG, Google Adwords, YouTube, Google Shopping, Affiliate & Display marketing.


Role:

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience. The core responsibilities include management of affiliate platforms for e-commerce and digital clients, daily client communication and management, researching and building new affiliate programs for e-commerce and digital customer acquisition businesses, and helping the affiliate channel work cross functionally internally, within our own agency.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain affiliate marketing relationships, helping grow our contacts, and deploying their placements, content, etc. across multiple client accounts
  • Managing multiple affiliate programs at once, across our e-commerce clients. Most clients are leveraging Impact Radius and Rakuten 
  • Recruit content publishers and different publisher types across multiple client accounts.
  • Scope out new affiliate program opportunities for existing clients of deodato.co that are leveraging other paid marketing services
  • Brief in creatives and content to copywriters, and creative teams, in support of our client’s affiliate programs
  • Have a keen eye for high quality affiliate content, and be able to edit content at times
  • SEO research around affiliate opportunities—finding phrases and keywords that people use to find our client’s products, and building strategic relationships with publishers to test and scale in these SEO opportunities
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
  • Implement affiliate marketing campaigns using the tools in Impact Radius and other affiliate marketing tech. Campaigns include articles, social posts, display banners, videos, email campaigns, etc.
  • Actively test and analyze promotions, advertising copy and creatives to maximize client performance
  • Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals
  • Communicate performance metrics and strategy to Head of Affiliate on weekly basis


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Prior agency and PR experience preferred
  • Impact Radius experience
  • Understanding of basics of search engine marketing 
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Formula Creation)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to be a self-starter and efficiently manage more than one client account
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
