Job Summary:

The Affiliate Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, managing partnerships, and optimizing publisher campaigns. This individual will be analytical, and data-driven, and possess strong sales skills to contribute to revenue growth. Although, the position is remote but it will also require the willingness to travel for trade shows, summits, and conferences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract new partners and publishers.
  • Recruit affiliates and create partnerships in order to drive revenue growth for lead-generation products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and publishers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Optimize publisher campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Attend trade shows, summits, and conferences to network, represent the company, and generate leads.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Manage and familiarize with lead management platforms like Boberdoo, and lead Prosper for effective campaign management.
  • Assist with technical onboarding processes, including form post instructions and account setups for new partners and publishers.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and partnership management.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of adding revenue through strong sales skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with lead management platforms like Boberdoo, lead Prosper.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, summits, and conferences.
