Position Overview:

The Digital Director is responsible for helping our clients utilize opportunities in the digital space to achieve their overall strategic objectives. This is a leadership and management role that will collaborate with a brilliant team of department directors and report directly to the partners. As a member of the director team, the Digital Director helps concept and challenge brand strategies through their specialized lens of digital know-how.


The Digital Director will oversee the Digital Department. Today the Digital Department is comprised of talented digital specialists who focus on software development, digital marketing, analytics, content creation, programmatic buying, and more.

Essential Duties:

● Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase client awareness and drive traffic.

● Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising) on behalf of clients.

● Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

● Collaborate with internal department heads and specialists to maximize client growth opportunities.

● Apply UX strategies to optimize client websites.

● Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a creative and results-driven environment.

● Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other 3rd parties as needed.

● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.


What will catch our eye:

● Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.

● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

● Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

● Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

● Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and reporting.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


This is an on-site role that reports to the Executive Creative Director and serves on the Director team.
