Key Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with C-level Stakeholders, and Senior Client Executives, focusing on client satisfaction and fostering trust.

• Leads discussions, acting as subject matter expert and scientific thought partner to clients and internal/external stakeholders.

• Contribute to, and actively drive Business Development in collaboration with Partners; identify, pursue and lead the development of new business opportunities on existing clients’ accounts, including the expansion of services with existing clients, within Pharma, Biotech, Biopharma, and/or MedTech.

• Drive performance targets for key client accounts; working with internal teams to achieve revenue growth, and profitability targets.

• Responsible owner of client engagements, with oversight of delivery excellence and project initiatives, setting project direction with resource allocation; managing profitability.

• Acts as a 'strategic advisor', to effectively identify, mitigate and resolve complex risk issues within client engagements and internal business functions; with the enhancement of internal best practices /methods.

Required Profile

LSC is searching for a candidate with a very strong consulting execution background on different type of projects and therapeutic areas (oncology is a preference).

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in either life sciences or healthcare management consulting, top-tier strategic management consulting, pharmaceutical industry, medical device industry or diagnostics industry.

• An advanced degree from a top tier university – MBA is considered a plus.

• Proven leadership and account management in a corporate setting.

• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex business problems.

• Exceptional quantitative skills.

• Strong communication skills and well-honed ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.

• Experience to motivate, train and coach people in multiple dimensions, including analytical, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal.

• Interest in working in a challenging and dynamic international environment with accelerated career opportunities.

• Full availability to travel.

• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.

• Location: NY/NJ based.

• Hybrid working model – at least 2/3 days in the office.

Compensation:

Variable compensation depending on candidate’s experience.
